Paul Spies, a Marine Corp Sergeant, brings over 8 years of expertise in real estate construction. As a Principal Broker and Licensed Contractor, he successfully flipped over 150 homes in 4 years and led ground-up multi-family projects. Having used cost segregation since 2018, Paul co-founded Seneca Cost Segregation to bring the same competitive edge he has benefited from to investors at an affordable price that is delivered on-time.
